Converted from the original linhay and stables, Avon Barn provides an ideal base within easy reach of the many sandy South Coast beaches, the boating havens of Salcombe and Dartmouth, the fascinating market town of Totnes famed for its promotion of ethical products and of course the beauty of the Dartmoor National Park, all within a short driving distance. So you can be shopping in Plymouth in no time, picnicking on Dartmoor, swimming at Bantham beach or exploring the historic towns of Totnes and Dartmouth all within half an hour!

Steps down to living room with lounge area, two sofas and smart TV with DVD, (NB log burner for decorative purposes ONLY, not for guest use)dining area with dining table to seat 6, kitchen dresser filled with books and games. Kitchen with electric double oven and ceramic hob, microwave, two fridges each with freezer compartment, dishwasher and washing machine. Off the entrance hall way is a downstairs Shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC, leading to Bedroom 1: Twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds, wardrobe and bedside drawers. En suite bathroom with bath, pedestal basin and WC. First floor: Bedroom 2: Master bedroom with 5ft four poster bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, flat screen TV.
